Snickers: "You're Not You When You're Hungry"
Featuring Betty White
In 2010, Snickers was a candy bar losing ground in a snack aisle obsessing over health and energy. Then BBDO New York landed on a single human truth so obvious it had been hiding in plain sight, and built a campaign around it. Fourteen years later, that same platform is still running in dozens of countries, with local celebrities and local jokes, all hanging off one idea that refused to age.

The setup is here. What made it work, and why it kept working, is the part worth opening the app for.
